Warri_____ Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the governor of Delta State on lnvestment, Hon. Kofee Amasuomo, has expressed gratitude to those who took their time, money and body to sympathize with him and family on the occasion of his father's demise.

The Senior Special Assistant made the remark on Friday 3rd June, 2022 during the canopy dropping ceremony of his late father at his residence in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, noted that he was overwhelmed by the massive turn up and show of love by friends, political associates and well wishers despite the short notice.

He particularly appreciated Rt. Hon. Godknows Angele, Chairman Burutu LGA, Chief. Dr. Julius Takeme, Chairman PDP Delta South Senatorial District, Hon. Asupa Forteta, member representing Burutu North in Delta State House of Assembly, Engr. Cletus Akari, Capt. lsaac Seide, Hon. Godwin Edumogiren, Hon. Paul Kurugbe, Princess Perekeme, Chief. Mitin Tamaraumieyefa, Combolus Ikisa, Vice Chairman Burutu LGA, Hon. Sunny Perekeme, Secretary Burutu LGA, Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo-former President lYC, Dr. Ahmed Saibakumo, Ekanpou Enewaridideke, Desmond Edumogiren, Timi Yanky, Bead Agbegha, Bibor Amatelemo, the press, Congress Newspaper, Niger Delta Mirror Ndm, the Liberator, the People's Voice, Gbaramatu Voice, Ayakoromo Community, Ndoro Community amongst others too numerous to mention, stressing that God will bless them in a millions fold for their show of love.

Meanwhile, there was a spectacular moment at the event as Chief. Dr. Julius Takeme, Rt. Hon. Godknows Angele and Combolus Ikisa tactically hijacked the occasion as they majestically stepped out from their seats in a dance challenge to the melodious tunes of Best May JFred to rain nairas on the bereaved, Hon. Kofee Amasuomo and his lovely wife to the amazement of others at the occasion.

It was like a dancing spirit fell on Julius Takeme from above as the performing talented ljaw owigiri highlife musician, Best May consistently hallow his traditional titles Okaso and Olotu to attract his attention in order to rain nairas on him. 

However, Kofee said final burial rites of his late father, the Ayakoromo born patriotic leader and elder statesman, late. Pa Patrick Monde Amasuomo would be disclosed to the public via this medium, the statement added.
