Warri_____ ln preparation ahead of 2023 gubernatorial election in Delta State, a top governorship aspirant from ljaw extraction, Camrade (Chief). Sheriff Blessing Mulade, has officially declared interest to contest for the seat of Governor of Delta State comes 2023.
