Yenagoa___ A foremost ljaw philanthropist cum legal luminary and security expert, Alaowei Fredrick Owotorufa and his family has join other well wishers all over the globe to celebrate with ljaw National Leader, High Chief. Sen. Pa. Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, OFR, CON, as he clocks 95 years today.
