How NDLEA Arrests Delta’s born wanted drug baroness Oghenekevwe in Otukutu

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested Bridget Oghenekevwe Emeka, a wanted suspected drug baroness, at her house where she allegedly oversaw the manufacture and trafficking of crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and other illegal narcotics.

On Sunday, nine of her employees and allies were detained in Warri, Delta State, during coordinated simultaneous operations at her sprawling property and drug bunks, where she houses drug addicts and sells illicit narcotics.

A pump-action gun, 15 cartridges, documents, two cars, mobile phones, and drug paraphernalia such as sodium bicarbonate and polythene wrappings were also recovered for further investigation from her home and drug bunks, in addition to various quantities of crack cocaine, methamphetamine, molly, and loud.

During the raids, five of Emeka’s employees who cooked, chopped, packaged, and distributed the narcotics were apprehended in her home on Favour Street in Otukutu, Effurun Warri, while four of her colleagues were apprehended in her drug bunks in different parts of town.

After being identified as a significant distributor of illicit drugs in Delta State, the drug baroness has been under surveillance for weeks.
