Gen. Dimaro Commends Dikkio for a Job Well Done in the Amnesty Office

Warri_____ Former Niger Delta agitator, the leader of Delta Base Emadadja Camp 2 of the Presidential Amnesty lnternational, Gen. Dimaro Vwaghie, aka the Land Dragon has commended and expressed satisfaction on the lnterm Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Col. Milland Dixon Dikkio, for his unprecedented performance in handling the amnesty program in the past one year.

Gen. Dimaro made the commendation in Warri on Monday 9th May, 2022, while assessing the leadership style of the interim Administrator, noted that Col. Dikkio coming to handle the office has given the program a new lift whereby beneficiaries of the program are given what is due to them timely without delay.

He stressed that when Dikkio came into the system, the monthly stipends of the ex-agitators are promptly paid in 22nd to 25th of every month without delay. The allowance of those studying in various higher institutions across the country and abroad are also given adequate attention, thereby instilling peace and sanity in the amnesty program.

Gen. Dimaro also render unreserved public apology to the interim Administrator and other members of the amnesty office for his recent publication against them,  saying he was misinformed by wrong persons. He however, pledge to support and work in harmony with Col. Milland Dikkio, Alfred Kemepado and the entire management of the Amnesty Office, adding that such publication will not occur again having known the truth and how things work in the amnesty office.

" I'm General Dimaro Vwaghie, a.k.a  the land dragon 🐉 of Niger Delta, ex-militant leader of Delta Base Emadadja Camp 2 of the Presidential Amnesty International.

Firstly, l want to thank the Almighty God who keep us alive to see today. I want to use this  medium to appreciate his Excellency, Col. Milland Dixon Dikkio, the lnterim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and Hon. Alfred kemepade, HoR for the good work they are doing in the Amnesty office over the past year. For me and all the Niger Delta ex-agitators, thank you so much for your job well done. I want to use this medium to call  on the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari to extend the tenure of the lnterim Administrator of PAP, Col. Milland Dixon for his understanding of the programe. He is the only man who is capable to  handle the Amnesty program without complain from the ex-agitators. He is the only man who can lead the Niger Delta people to the promise land. In the history of the Amnesty program, Dikkio is the first SA that keep to his words with action. He pays stipend in every 22nd to 25 of the month to all beneficiaries. It is God that send this humble man called Dikkio to come and help us from bondage of poverty to experience wealth.

Secondly, I want to sincerely render open apology and say a very big sorry to Col. Dikkio about what I published against him last month. I  did it as a result of miss leading and false information from wrong people. sir please, I'm deeply sorry about my first publication, l want to say sorry for that, and l promise not to go back but rather to work in harmony with you and the entire amnesty office.

I also want to thank our Delta state Phase 2 Chairman, Gen. Solomon Adu and other ex-agitators who visited me while l was in the hospital bed, praying God to replenish you all in a thousand folds", the statement added.
