Appointment : Michael Johnny Congratulates Sylva, Keyamo, Hails Buhari On Their Appointment As Ministers

Warri------- A Chieftain of    Delta Ijaw All Progressive Congress APC, High Chief.Michael Johnny has congratulated former governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency,  Chief.Timipre Sylva and former Presidential Spokesperson, Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo (SAN) for their appointments as ministers by President  Muhammadu Buhari, describing  the appointments as well deserved and a square pegs on square holes.

In a Press Statement,  Chief.Johnny who was a former APC Delta South  Senatorial Candidate in the 2019 general elections, described their  appointments as well deserved, saying it will build confidence, strength and pride in   members of APC in Delta and Bayelsa States.

According to Johnny said; “ I want to express my profound gratitude to  President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing true representatives of the people from the core Niger Delta area. With their wealth of experience, they will not disappoint us”.

“From the bottom of my heart, I want to   congratulate Chief. Timipre Sylva and Barr. Festus Keyamo for their well deserved appointments.I implore  them to discharge their duties diligently with the blue prints laid before them”.

" Festus Keyamo, who is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria SAN, social crusader, critic, columnist and human rights activist is a founding member of Delta State APC. He has proved himself as  prudent and capability in different areas of responsibilities. Keyamo was searched out to  take charge of the directorate of strategic communications for the reelection bid of President Muhammadu Buhari, where he did fantastically well to communicate conspicuously the manifestos of our great Party to Nigerians”.

On the former Governor of Bayelsa State, His Excellency, Chief.Timipre  Sylva is a dedicated  leader of our Party, APC    who earlier embraced the change mantra and brought the APC family in Bayelsa State to lime light. In the just concluded general elections, he galvernized the grassroots that produced one senator, two Federal House of Representatives members and four members of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly”.

While expressing total confidence in the duo,  the Delta Ijaw APC leader once again congratulate them, stressing that they are men of integrity, tested and trusted, the statement adds”.
