Warri____ The National Coordinator of ljaw lnterest Advocate llA, lzanzan Intellectual Camp, Amb. Yerinmene Arerebo Salaco Jnr, has urged Nigeria Judiciary system to always be a defender of the common man in the street, noting that the court is the last hope and saviour of the oppressed in the society.

Amb. Arerebo give the charge yesterday 11th December, 2019 in Warri, during the occasion of Mini Reception organized by ljaw lnterest Advocate (IIA), in honour of their brothers, Obiri Ebilade (Esq.), Obiri Wenebokefe Jonathan (Esq.) and Prince Clement Omotoye (Esq.) as the trio successfully pass out from the Nigeria Law School, as well as their subsequent call to the Nigerian Bar as Barristers and Solicitors of the supreme court of Nigeria in November this year.

In his opening speech at the occasion, Arerebo said; " It is with the greatest sense of joy that I welcome you all to this epoch making honorary event on behalf of the forever dogged lieutenants of IIA; Izanzan Intellectual Camp. Despite the urgent and impromptu nature of the invitation, you all suspended your very pertinent activities of the day to grant us your presence. We are indeed grateful.

We resolved to set aside this day, to surprise as well as to encourage our dear brothers, friends and newly called Ministers in the Temple of Justice, Obiri Wenebokefe Jonathan Esq, Obiri Ebilade Esq and Prince Clem Omotoye Esq with a Mini Reception for making us proud in the Nigeria Law School.

We are knowledgeable of the fact that, they will never disappoint us regardless of any circumstance they find themselves. As great scholars known for hardwork and diligence, we are very hopeful that they will excel in this profession."

According to him; " We are very confident that even before ascertaining the status of ministers in the temple of justice they have always exhibited admirable sense of objectivity and had placed the rule of law over and above arbitrary and discretionary powers.

We highly trust and believe that they will never compromise their conscience for any reason whatsoever. The defenceless and oppressed will find hope and succour and above all the Nigeria judicial system will enjoy its untainted sanctity with the likes of them.

Even as we congratulate them, we are strongly imploring them to be wide-awake and see themselves as defenders of the oppressed people of Ijaw Nation, Itsekiri Nation and Niger Delta at large while we assure them our persistent thoughts and prayers, he stated."

However, he went further to acknowledge and thank the unquantifiable support of a very great leader that always want to see that young people with Intellectual prowess grow to ascertain their necessity places in the contemporary society by encouraging them morally, educationally and otherwise, Hon. Tito Zuokumor. We say thank you sir.

And indeed the huge support by Senator James Manager, Member Representing Delta South Senatorial District, Rt. Hon Julius Pondi, Member Representing the good People of Burutu Federal Constituency, Barr. Oweilaemi Pereotubo, President IYC, Worldwide, Chief Mr/Mrs Biniebimiekumor Ekomieyefa, Amb. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, Hon. James T. Edoukumo, Prince Promise Lawuru and host of others cannot be overemphasize. We are highly grateful.

As I end this speech, I encourage all of us to be steadfast and put more synergy in what we know how to do best to always promote development, unity and harmonious societal co-existence.

Once again I welcome you all to the gathering of celebration of educational success, the statement adds.
