Warri____ A foremost Niger Delta freedom fighter and a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State, Alaowei Friday Igbegbe has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Barr Dcn. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro on his Award as the Peace Ambassador of Niger Delta bestowed on him by the Independent Newspaper, describing Otuaro as an lcon of peace in Nigeria who led Delta state government delegation to the Creeks in 2016 to calm down the ruthless Niger Delta avengers that almost crumbled Nigeria's economy.
