The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the governor of Delta State on Security Matters, Comrade Ezekiel Pere Daniel has congratulated the governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Godwin Obaseki, the good people of Edo State and the PDP family on his reelection as governor of Edo State last week Saturday.

Comrade Ezekiel in his congratulatory message released on Wednesday 23rd September, 2020 also commended the governors of Delta and Rivers State, His Excellency, Sen Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, His Excellency, Barr. Nyesome Wike and the PDP Governors Forum for a job well done in delivering Edo State back to PDP.

He charged Godwin Obaseki to deliver more dividends of democracy to Edo people, especially the long marginalized riverine egbema ljaw communities, stressing that he should not disappoint the trust reposed on him through their massive support and votes at the poll for his reelection.

According to him, said: " 

This is the day the Lord has made, let us all rejoice in it. Congratulations to the people of Edo state, pdp mermbers across the country and lovers of Justice who stood by Governor Godwin Obaseki firmly when agents of darkness came under the banner of opposition in an attempt to derail the good works of the present government. Like what Bible says that, they shall gathered, but since is not of the Lord, they shall scatter.  

Former Chairman of apc, comrade Adams Oshihomole and his gang of desperados  despite words of caution from leaders of his own party, refused to listened because they wanted to play God.

The spontaneous sound of dance and song that echoed in various parts of Edo, Lagos, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and diaspora immediately Governor Godwin Obaseki was announced as the winner of the keenly contested election, showed that Edolites and the people of Goodwill appreciated his good job. 

Kudos equally goes to my boss,Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, His Rivers State colleague , Barrister Nysome Wike, other PDP Governors and stakeholders who worked tirelessly round the clock to make this victory a reality. In rounding up, I appeal to Governor Godwin Obaseki not to look back in giving dividends of democracy to the people of Edo state."
