Election Victory: Ezekiel Congratulates Asekutu As He Resumes Office, Urges Him To Be A Unifying Factor

The Senior Special Assistant, SSA to the Governor of Delta State on Security Matters, Comrade Ezekiel Daniel has congratulated the brown new Executive Chairman of Warri North LGA, Hon. Smart Asekutu on election victory, charging him to be a unifying factor as he resumed work.

Ezekiel gave the charge on Friday at Koko, the local government headquarters noted that Hon. Asekutu is an history maker for been the first ljaw man to be elected as Chairman since the creation of the LGA. He pray God to give him wisdom to serve the good people of Warri North well while his tenure last.

He further appreciated High Chief. Government Ekpemupolo, Alhaji Emmanuel Omoko, Hon. Micheal Diden, Hon. Godwin Ebosa and several other leaders from both Itesekiri and Ijaw axis who made this arrangement a reality and success, and that GOD of peace will not depart from their homes.

According to the congratulatory message, read: " Peace is indeed  priceless: Base on this universal adage, l say a very big congratulations to Hon. Smart Asekutu, a.k.a 'Man of history', the Executive Chairman, Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State. 

What seemed like impossibility that was about tearing Ijaws and Itsekiris of that area apart through violence was methodically, diplomatically resolved  through the charismatic leadership style of my boss, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa to the delight of all. 

Am using this medium to call on the first Ijaw man to hold reign of leadership to see his position as a greater call to duty, which must be born in unifying all the people of the local government into one bond regardless of ethnic group or status they belong to. Yes, l know that expectation is high but l believe with wisdom from God, you shall deliver on your  mandate.

This press statement will not be complete if l fail to recognize the tireless efforts of High Chief Government Ekpemupolo,  Alhaji Emmanuel Omoko, Hon. Micheal  Diden, Hon. Godwin Ebosa and several other leaders from both Itesekiri and Ijaw axis who made this arrangement a reality and sucess, that GOD of peace will not depart from your homes. To all the councilors, you must roll on your sock for the service of your various wards. Once more, congratulations and God's wisdom."
