The Chairman Delta State Taskforce on environment, Evang. Sylvester Oromoni has congratulated his boss, His Excellency, Sen Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, Deltans as well as Nigerians as the nation marks uninterrupted twenty years of civilian rule.
Oromoni in a Press Statement released on 12th June, 2020 also congratulated Nigerians for their unwavering commitments in sustaining Democracy, and thank them for the numerous successes recorded so far in the country.
According to him, said: " I want to begin by congratulating My Governor, His Excellency Senator Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa for being so lucky to be on the saddle as Delta state join Nigerians from all works of life in celebrating the 20th year of uninterrupted democratic rule. It is called for numerous celebrations.
I also want to congratulate all Nigerians for the successes we have recorded so far in our democratic journey. We cannot afford to remove our legs from the pedal now. Government definitely is determined to make life more abundant for our people,”
“All Nigerians deserve commendation. We have done well so far. We must strive more to make democracy a way of life. The successes recorded so far demonstrate the unwavering commitment of Nigerians to sustain and grow our democracy.”
