Yenagoa____ As the November 16th, 2019 Bayelsa State governorship election draws closer, a staunch in the major opposition party APC and Chief Timipre Sylva tight man, Hon Prince. Lucky Alex Yobougha breaks the ice as he decamped from APC to PDP with over four thousands supporters.

The unexpected drama take place today Wednesday 16th November, 2019 while the APC Campaign train was at Aleibiri celebrating the former Deputy governor of Bayelsa State, Hon Peremobowei Ebebi, who also recently decamped from PDP to APC.

Speaking to newsmen at  Ayamansa Community in Ekeremor LGA, the home town of Prince Lucky Yobougha, said his reason for leaving APC is as result of his blood brother, Sen. Douye Diri who happens to be the flagbearer of PDP in the November 16, Bayelsa State Governorship election.

According to the former APC Chieftain, said; " Blood is thicker than water. I have no choice than to support my brother Sen. Douye Diri. We are from the same family in Ayamansa community. I cannot deny my blood because of politics. Today, l take the bold step to say goodbye to my former political family APC. Politics is all about a game of interest, hence l have decided to follow where my interest lies, Prince Yobougha stated."

However, Prince Lucky Yobougha has directed all his teeming supporters numbering over four thousands to collect their PVCs and come out enmasse comes 16th November to vote for PDP candidate, Sen. Douye Diri and Barr. Lawrence.E. for Governor and Deputy Governor, he asserted.

Meanwhile, it will interest you to note that, the Bayelsa PDP governorship candidate, Sen. Douye Diri is maternally from Ayamansa, Sanpou communities in Ekeremor LGA and Paternally from Kolokuma/Opokuma LGA in Bayelsa State.
