Just ln: Supreme Court Strikes Out Lyon And APC’s Review Application, Says Nobody Challenges Apex Court Judgement

Abuja_____ The Supreme Court has dismissed an application for review of the judgment which sacked the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa state, David Lyon and his deputy, Senator Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo.
According to Justice Amina Augie who read the judgment, said the application lacks merit, adding that the decisions of the apex court are final, the statement adds.
