Gbagi felicitates with Delta Deputy Governor, Otuaro as he clocks 53
An industrialist and former minister of Education for State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, has greeted the Delta State Deputy Governor, Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, as he clocks 53 years today Friday April 16th 2021.
A statement by his Media Assistant, Kenneth Orusi, on Friday, Barr. Gbagi, a topmost governorship hopeful in the state, eulogized the Deputy Governor for his contribution to the Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa-led administration.
The well recognized and respected philanthropist prayed God to strengthen and give him good health.
Gbagi said the opportunity given to the Deputy Governor to serve the state as Chairman, Peace Advocacy Committee against oil facilities, earned him more reputation.
The frontline guber aspirant noted that the Deputy Governor should be grateful to God for making him see another birthday celebration.

"I wish you the best as you mark another birthday and pray God to give you long life and good health", Barr. Gbagi added.
